Hawaii Public Radio interviews HSTA-R B.I. president on Monday

July 31, 2011
Sherry Bracken

Sherry Bracken of Hawaii Public Radio interviewed me for a Monday broadcast on Hawaii Public Radio.

It will air on Hawaii Public Radio tomorrow, Monday, August 1st, on 91.1 (I think that’s the Hilo side frequency) at 6:30, 7, or 7:30 and at 4:30, 5, or 5:30.  It will also air on KIPM/KIPO, the other HPR station, in the 8 am hour and between noon and 2.   The stations are also hearable online, www.hawaiipublicradio.org, and KHPR is on cable channel 864 and KIPO on 865.
Note from Sherry:

There is also a story at our LAVA/KKOA news web site, www.bigislandnewscenter.com.  I have sent the audio to our web master to post about 10 minutes of our conversation, hopefully he’ll do that tonight.    It will append to the end of the story.     Once he does I’ll also move the story up to the #1 position.

    Hi Wayne,
Thank you for your fearless leadership and representing HSTA-R with class and candor in your radio interview. Sorry that I’m unable to help with sign-waving. Best wishes to you and all the volunteers.
    Aloha,
    Eunice

I wish more of our leaders had as much courage as you.
Keep up the great work as our fearless leader.
