Past President, Wayne ‘Big Dog’ Joseph to be honored by Hawaii County Council

HSTA-R Hawaii Island past president, Wayne ‘Big Dog’ Joseph, will be honored by the Hawaii County Council on July 3, at 9 am.
Retirees wishing to attend in support of the Big Dog are asked to wear their HSTA-R shirts and arrive 15 minutes early.
HSTA actives and ILWU members along with past high school runners for Coach Big Dog, such as Peter Sur, will attend.
